They met in McCann Puerto Rico where, after a few years of success, they decided to join J. Walter Thompson Puerto Rico together and help transform it. Under their leadership, JWT became the most creative agency of the country and even emerged as one of Latin America’s Top 10 Creative Agencies. After time, Jaime rose as LATAM’s VP of Creative, Luis Toledo became LATAM’s VP of Strategy, and both were elected members of The Global Council.
